Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of receipt if the puzzle is unopened (in the original shrink-wrap package) and undamaged (no dents or creases). We'll refund the price of the puzzle upon our receipt. (We can't refund the original shipping costs and customers are responsible for paying return postage.) Please e-mail us at support@acepuzzle.com if you need to return a puzzle.
